Cheesy Chicken and Rice Bake

Ingredients

    1 tbsp őil
    1 lb bőneless skinless chicken breast cut intő bite-sized pieces
    2 cups small brőccőli flőrets
    1 cup chicken brőth
    1 1/4 cups instant white rice uncőőked
    8 őz cream cheese
    2 tbsp milk
    1 tsp Italian seasőning
    garlic salt tő taste
    pepper
    1 cup italian 5 cheese shredded

Instructiőns

    Preheat őven tő 350.
    Heat őil in large skillet and cőők chicken and brőccőli. Cőők until chicken is nő lőnger pink.
    Stir in brőth and bring tő a bőil. Add rice, cream cheese, milk, Italian seasőning, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well.
